Great Beaches or Places for Family Vacation or Trips in the Philippines

The Philippines is so blessed with nature's bounty, and some of these can even be likened to paradise hidden and spread throughout her majestic archipelago. Many believed that most great places are somewhat difficult to visit and explore, but once you are there expect great moments as you will be treated to an awesome spectacle of nature displaying her charm and unspoiled beauty at her best.

Here are some of the Philippine's Top Beaches That are Cinched to Quench Your Longing for a True Blue Paradise

Isla Naburot, Guimaras

A perfect getaway to enjoy the blistering heat of the sun while having a sumptuous picnics together with your family or friend, and what you will just do is eat, drink, swim, play and tell stories. Sink your teeth with the local delicacies that are fresh and truly appetizing. Ave Maria is the best way to snorkel here, as you get astonished with the wide array of different and rich marine life that abounds here, that beams and dazzles in various colors, hues, sizes and shapes. Your date with nature here will not be complete without seeing the endangered turtles that inhabits the Turtle Island. Sandugan Beach, Siquijor

Located at the northern island of Siquijor in the municipality of Larena, this low profile beach has one of the best scenery and breathtaking beaches in the Philippines. Siquijor is a sleepy Visayan province in the southern part of the country.

Siargao Island
Siargao Island

Siargao Island

A one of a kind island, which can compete with other premier tourists destination in the Philippines. Located at the northeast part of Mindanao, you can enjoy a vacation here without breaking the bank. Indulge yourself here getting marveled at the islands’ jagged cliffs, hidden caves and lagoons, a peculiar and mystifying white beach lurking beneath a mangrove swamp, and prepare to tame an 8 foot waves aboard your surfboard. Siargao is slowly becoming the surfing Mecca in the Philippines as various waves like Horseshoes, Tuason Point, Tuesday Rock and Cloud Nine are consistent to appear at regular intervals.

Aside from surfing, there are a lot of things to indulge here, like biking your way along the coast of General Luna, kayaking on the islands of Bucas Grande or Ponoeas, trekking to the magnificent Makahuyog Falls or caving in Sohoton. If not in the mood in doing these you can also opt to have sightseeing in Del Carmen’s Mangrove Swamp.

Amanpulo’s achievements speaks great volumes for herself, for its elegance is indeed captivating . Amanpulo’s hammock annexed the top plum in the “World’s Top 5 Relaxing Hammocks, by Honeymoon Magazine in 1988 and in 1994 the resort clinched the Best Resort of the Year” honors by Gallivante’s Guide.

Even before I've read this hub, I was with my 2 daughters and a company of 4 at Moalboal Beach in Cebu City last week. It was an amazing tourist destination! We spent almost all day watching dolphins as they raced with our motorboat on our way to and from the majestic Pescador Island. I had experienced my first snorkeling around the blue waters, watched the underwater wonder of the Island. It was an exotic dream-come-true beach vacation! Thank you.
